Puerto Aventuras is a gated resort community located about 41 km (26 mi) north of Tulum. In Puerto Aventuras, you can find luxury condos, vacation rentals, marina restaurants, the Puerto Aventuras Golf Club and more.
Staying in Puerto Aventuras offers visitors a more upscale and a secure, private community style environment. Overall, Puerto Aventuras is an excellent choice when it comes to golf, boating and higher-end accommodations.

All reservations for Tulum Airport transportation can be made via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your message, we will be in touch as soon as possible with all the details and rates for your upcoming transfer.
We will also provide you with a link to our reservation platform where you’ll be able to fill in all of the necessary details for your transfer and confirm your reservation. Once your reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation along with a PDF file/receipt as well as direct contact details for your transfer in case of any changes, delays, cancellations, etc.
IMPORTANT: Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.
Tulum Airport to Hotel — If you are arriving to Tulum International Airport, a driver will be awaiting you and your group in the arrivals area with a sign with your name on it. Once you meet the driver, you will then be escorted to the vehicle and taken directly to your accommodations in Tulum, the Riviera Maya and beyond.
Hotel to Tulum Airport — If you have a reservation for a transfer from your accommodations to the Tulum Airport, a driver will be waiting for you in front of your accommodations at the stated time of the reservation. Please be sure to be ready and waiting outside for the driver to arrive.
Yes but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for all last minute inquiries. In order to ensure availability, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival or departure.
IMPORTANT: Please note that all reservations that are confirmed less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer are subject to availability and will be charged an additional fee of $20 USD on top of the standard rate of the transfer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any shared shuttles or other shared airport transportation at this time.
All airport transfers to/from Tulum International Airport will be completely private for you and your group.
- 1-3 Passengers: Volkswagen Caddy, Suzuki Ertiga, Peugeot Rifter, Mitsubish Xpander, MG or similar.
- 4-7 Passengers: Volkswagen Transporter or similar.
- 8-10 Passengers: Toyota Hiace passenger van or similar.
Please note that all vehicle types and models can vary depending on availability.
The driver will be monitoring your flight number and will be awaiting your arrival with a sign with your name on it. You will see the driver as soon as you exit baggage claim.
All payments for airport transfers are due in full in order to confirm your reservation. If you have any questions regarding payments, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled transfer. Please note that all last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
All approved cancellations will receive a full refund minus service fees. The service fees are the fees added at the end of checkout and paid for during the payment process of the reservation.
