Once you meet the driver, you will be escorted to the vehicle and taken directly to your accommodations in Bacalar.
Bacalar to Tulum Airport โ If you have reserved a return transfer from Bacalar to Tulum Airport, a driver will meet you in front of your accommodations at the confirmed pickup time. Please be ready and waiting outside before the driver arrives.
Yes, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for all last-minute inquiries. In order to ensure availability, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival or departure.

Yes, we only offer private transportation at this time. In other words, the vehicle will be completely private for you and your group.
